Welcome to 7Gear Casino UK

We built our cashier around speed and choice. You choose pounds or euros as your account currency when you register, and you can add Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin or USDT through CoinsPaid at any time. Every deposit starts at £20 and lands on your balance instantly, and every withdrawal starts at £20 and goes back through the method you used to deposit.

Our payments team processes your withdrawal within 24 hours once your documents are verified, and most requests are cleared sooner. Some methods are free and others carry a small fee, and an intermediary bank may charge up to €16 on a transfer, which is outside our control. You can read the full breakdown on our payments page.

Every real-money bet you place with us earns Comppoints: one point for every £25 you stake on slots and one for every £200 on our other games, including live tables. Once you reach loyalty level 22 and have made three deposits, you can exchange your points for cash at 100 points for £2. We also credit a 5% cashback on your net slot losses every Monday between 01:00 and 02:00 UTC, from £10 up to £5,000, with a 5x requirement and three days to claim it.

Our VIP players enjoy a 20% weekly cashback on slot losses above £10,000 with no ceiling, credited by a personal VIP manager, and a higher cap of USD 100,000 on profit within 48 hours. We invite you to VIP status based on your activity with us, so it comes naturally with regular play rather than through an application.

We spread our welcome pack over your first five deposits so that you can take it at your own pace. Each step matches your deposit up to £1,000 and adds 100 free spins on one of our BGaming slots, and all you need to do is tick the bonus option in the cashier before you deposit at least £20. No promo code is required.

You wager the bonus 40 times within seven days with a maximum bet of £5, and winnings from the cash bonus are capped at five times the bonus. Your free spins are released in daily portions, each one activated within a day and played within three, with a cash-out cap of £100 per activation. Please note that a withdrawal during the first five deposits ends your eligibility for the remaining steps, so we recommend finishing the pack before you cash out.

We keep registration short. You open an account with an e-mail address, a password, your country and your currency, and we send you an activation link to confirm your e-mail before your first login. You do not need documents to play, but we verify your identity before your first withdrawal.

1. Click Registration and enter your e-mail address and a password.
2. Choose your country and currency, GBP or EUR, and add a promo code if you have one.
3. Accept our terms and follow the activation link in the e-mail we send you.
4. Deposit at least £20 with the bonus option ticked if you want the welcome pack.
5. Upload your identity document, proof of payment method and proof of address within seven days when we ask for them.

We allow one account per person, and your e-mail address stays with your account, so please choose one you will keep. For documents in other alphabets we may use a video verification, and we may call the phone number on your account as part of the check.

Our lobby is sorted by the way a game plays rather than by studio alone. You will find the filters Megaways, Hold and Win, Avalanche and Book Games next to Jackpot, Hot Games, New and Recommended, and many of our games open in a demo version so that you can try a mechanic before you stake real money. Bonanza Billion and Bonanza Trillion by BGaming are our Avalanche picks, Lion Gems Hold and Win by Redgenn and Snoop Dogg Dollars collect coins for a fixed prize, and Sun of Egypt 3 expands a chosen symbol in its free spins.

Roulette, blackjack, hold'em, craps and video poker are available as RNG tables, with Single Deck Blackjack Professional Series, The French Roulette and TXS Hold'em by NetEnt among them, and they count 5% towards a bonus requirement. Jackpot games are excluded from bonus play, so we suggest opening them with your real balance and a small stake.

We do not publish an app, because our site works in the browser of your phone or tablet with the same lobby, cashier and promotions as on desktop. The demo mode works there as well, and our slots are designed for a vertical screen and use little data on a mobile connection.

Our support team is available in the live chat 24 hours a day and by e-mail at support@7gear.io, which is also where you send a request to close your account. Our help centre covers Popular, Account, Deposits and Withdrawals, Bonuses and Games, Security and Responsible Gaming, and you can ask us for deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week or month, a session limit in minutes, a cooling-off period of up to six months or a self-exclusion of six months or longer.

• Live chat: 24/7
• E-mail: support@7gear.io
• Help centre: six sections, including Deposits and Withdrawals and Responsible Gaming

When you contact us about a payment, please have the transaction reference ready so that we can find it at once, and ask our agent for an e-mail confirmation whenever we promise you a payout date.
